BEAD ENTERS ITS NEXT ACT
From awards to execution.
States are moving into construction, supplemental deployment, monitoring, and long-term oversight at the same time. Spend three days with fellow state broadband leaders comparing approaches, examining deployment realities firsthand, and working through the decisions shaping the next phase of BEAD and the future of the broadband office.

Signature moments
Work Through It With Peers
Under the Chatham House Rule, state broadband leaders can compare approaches candidly, surface what is working and what is not, and pressure-test decisions with peers facing many of the same challenges.
Field Trip
Go into the field on a Virginia broadband build where initial plans met the realities of construction. Walk through aerial and underground deployment, pole attachments, bedrock, environmental constraints, and private-road access with the people doing the work.
Look Beyond the Current Cycle
Step outside the immediate workload to discuss what comes next for state broadband offices, from staffing and long-term responsibilities to the role offices can play after the current deployment cycle.
